You might be wondering...
Because you've never had weekly live yoga, a community who shows up for you, a private 1:1, AND a guide doing the work alongside you. Accountability isn't an afterthought here — it's the whole design.
Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings (time TBD) and will be 90 minutes - 60 minutes for course teachings + 30 minutes for Q&A and connection.
Restorative yoga will be held live on Zoom on Sunday evenings - 30 minute classes.
