You may not be in crisis—but you can feel that something is off.
You know it’s time to take better care of yourself—not in a dramatic, overhaul-your-life kind of way, but in a way that actually supports the years ahead.
You want to sleep more deeply, release stress your body has been holding for far too long, understand what your body truly needs, and move in ways that help you feel strong, flexible, and at ease as you age.
Most of all, you want a way of living that feels nourishing, sustainable and joyful—a way of caring for yourself that gets easier with time—not harder."
The Art of Living Well is a live virtual 8-week experience that offers just that: a gentle, practical introduction to living in rhythm with your body through simple, digestible practices that support sleep, nourishment, movement, emotional balance, and long-term well-being—without the overwhelm.
Over the course of 8 weeks, we will gather in a virtual workshop setting to learn, grow and heal alongside each other in a supportive and encouraging community.

Meet Your Guide
For over a decade, I dedicated my career to protecting the planet — working in marine conservation, clean water advocacy, and supporting environmental nonprofits. But along the way, I had a realization: we can’t fully care for the Earth if we’re disconnected from our own inner ecosystems.
My journey has led me to study Ayurveda with the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, dive deep into Transcendental Meditation (TM), become a practitioner of Regenerative Healing with the Institute of Regenerative Health, and most recently earn my 200 Yoga Teacher Training Certification in June 2025 — combining wisdom and personal experiences that remind me that health of our planet begins with the health of our bodies, minds, and souls.
This course is an offering of that wisdom, translated into something you can actually live.
I’m so honored to walk this path with you.
